Keep it Simple, Yes!

This is  stellar advice, benefits of - simplicity.

Of course I don't mean, "Keep it lazy" or "Keep it inactive." Rather, by keeping things simple you simply prioritize, get a lot more accomplished, and wash clean trouble that's merely a waste of time to anticipate.

There are lots of philosophies about this pure idea, and the marvelous effect is has on your soul have been well researched.

I think if we just tell ourselves, "Keep it simple," instead of, "I've got a million things to do," the former three words refreshes us, for the moment at least.

Keep it simple - quells anxiety and takes away an emergency mindset that's capable of erasing a human's best intentions.

"Keep it Simple" is music to my ears. To yours?
