I guess this quote relates to my Post in that it relates to mankind? Anyway, last night after all that physical bodily stuff, I had a sugar attack! Before bed, I ran to the mini mart, then grabbed and gobbled a PF bag of dark chocolate (bonus!) with pecan cookies and a tin of PF cookies with real (bonus!) fruit. But I woke up feeling icky. I should have been swinging a Kettlebell.
