The Occupy Wall Street Library, OWSL, began when a librarian, Betsy Fagin, noticed a stack of books that needed order. As of today, the OWSL proliferates. Symbolically of importance is that OWS is establishing a library - this speaks volumes to their staying power.
OWSL volunteers need a book, more books, aren't choosy, and will have it available from whatever point of view the book is and/or includes any genre imaginable.
This Library works amazingly well on the honor system and it excludes fines, due dates, penalties!
