Pass on the Kettlebell's you say? Me too. But, there's good news.
If you circle your arms while in front of your computer, or better yet, when
you feel like it. Or if you only do, say, three reps with your dumbbells, if you
walk half a flight of stairs and back down after your winded, if you just sit
bouncing on top of your exercise ball, it’s better than nothing. Really, I mean
really, really, it is better than nothing. So congratulate on a job that you
almost didn’t do!
It’s entirely sensible that a little movement can make a lot of difference.
I propose: The Better than Nothing Workout.
