As the number proliferates, tens of thousands of American libraries now offer Kindle e-book borrowing and - it's free! This will, in all likelihood, make sense to download library books from home.
Libraries wisely (of course wisely, they read!) are moving resources to e-books after the Amazon Kindle release, which sparked the ongoing revolution of e-book reading.
It's good for readers, bad for book publishers.
